My general manager at the time came to me one day and asked if I could shoot and edit a video in two days. I said I could and then came the catch, I had to create a video to the song "Perfect" by One Direction. The reason for the tight turnaround and odd song choice was that our Chief of Operations was coming to visit the tunnel in two days and the video would be our way to show our team illustrating the slogan P.E.R.F.I.C. (Passion, Excellence, Responsibility, Fairness, Innovation, Challenge).
With little time to spare I grabbed my GoPros and started filming. The story in the video is of a new customer coming into the building and being in awe of the flying she sees. There's a daydream sequence and then a little highlight of reality as she actually flies in the tunnel. It was a lot of fun to create and our COO really enjoyed the effort as well. Fun Fact: we had to use to different women for the dream sequence, since the original actress wasn't available. See if you can spot when the switch happens.
